When Sarah approached me, she said she loved my “street style” approach to family photography. So I knew we’d be a perfect match! Sarah’s family are here in Munich for just a few years before they move back to the U.S. so they really wanted pictures to capture their life here, to show family and friends back home, and to show their kids when they are older (because, you know, they never remember a damn thing, am I right?).
We started off at home and after breakfast heading into Munich with the kids and hit their favourite foodie spots: The Viktualienmarkt and an Italian food store. Then it was off to their local playground so the kids could have a run around, before lunch at their favourite Japanese sushi bar.
But for me, this session was all about how this family connect with each other, have fun together and about capturing the unique personalities of each member of the family. Because THAT is what you really want to remember.
If like me, you are prone to forgetting all the things that make up family life as it whizzes by, then lets talk and make this happen for your family. Just click on the contact tab and make this the year you do this!
